Every office has its own inbox. Messages can carry a record — a student, an OR, a grade sheet — so the receiving office opens exactly the right thing. Students can also message an office from their portal (capped per day); document requests still go through Requests.

How it works

The QR holds a random link, not the student no. Anyone who scans it sees the student's name, photo, program, year level and whether they are enrolled this term — checked live.

Lost ID: revoke it, then issue a new one. The old QR immediately shows "ID not valid".

The same QR works at the QR Attendance class station.

Faculty Evaluation

Why it's truly anonymous

The eval_answers table has no student column at all. A one-row eval_submissions marker records only that a student answered — it is never joined to the answers. So even the Dean or a DB admin cannot trace a rating back to a student.

Why recon is manual

Philtrust and Metrobank statements arrive as paper and PDF — no feed. The Finance Officer keys the statement balance and reconciling items; the system does the arithmetic, blocks a close that doesn't tie, and keeps the worksheet for the auditor.

How it works

Unless a term has its own plan, the down payment is the full miscellaneous fee plus 50% of tuition; PLS pays the rest at midterm and finals, LC in four payments. The President and the Registrar set plans and special schedules; the Finance Officer sets the late payment rule. A daily 6:00 AM check marks late installments, applies the penalty when switched on, and places a finance hold. The hold lifts by itself once the overdue amount is paid.
